Eastern Caribbean Forecast: An active tropical wave will continue to destabilize
the atmosphere over the Southern Caribbean and will continue to heighten the
chances of showers and thunderstorms over the Windwards south to Trinidad and
Tobago today and tonight. Meanwhile, some of the moisture and instability spreading
to the Leeward Islands later today and tonight will increase the chances of showers
and thunderstorms. Low moisture levels persisting across the Virgin Islands and
Puerto Rico will continue to restrict shower activity.
