Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Lingering Moisture and instability associated with a
tropical wave moving out of the area will maintain mostly unsettled weather conditions across the
southern Windward Islands south to Trinidad and Tobago mainly for today with more stable
conditions for tonight. Meanwhile, relatively more stable conditions will persist northwards up to
Puerto Rico with a moderate chance of showers due to shallow pockets of moisture on the wind
flow. Additionally, slight Saharan Dust haze will continue to linger across the area today.
