Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: Today will be partly cloudy to cloudy
with a 60 percent or a moderate chance of showers mainly this afternoon and a 20
percent or a slight chance of a late afternoon thunderstorms. Tonight will be mostly
cloudy with a 70 percent or a high chance of showers.
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Available moisture in the lower atmosphere which
resulted in brief showers over the Windwards and Islands further south, will
gradually diminish as the day progresses; however, mostly cloudy skies will continue
over these Islands because of the plume of medium to high level moisture streaking
over these Islands. Meanwhile, available low-level moisture over the Leewards,
along with a southeasterly wind-flow will maintain a heighten chance of showers
over these Islands. These conditions will spread to the Virgin Islands by tonight; but
for today, generally partly cloudy skies with brief passing showers are likely.
