History in the making for Nevis! 🇰🇳♻️
As of yesterday, Tuesday 5th May, community door-to-door recycling has officially launched across the island! This is a massive step forward in our mission to make recycling easy and accessible for every household.
To mark this milestone, we had an incredibly productive meeting yesterday with the Nevis Island Administration (NIA) and the Nevis Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA). Along with our partners at Taiwan ICDF, including Project Manager Ms. Joyce Chang, we fine-tuned the rollout logistics and mapped out the long-term strategy for the year ahead.
Seeing the Recycling Facility in full operation, with bales of plastic, aluminium, and cardboard ready for processing, proves that our collective efforts are paying off. We are so proud to bring this service to your doorstep!
