Delete Your mySKN Account

You can permanently delete your mySKN account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the mySKN app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at myskninfohub@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile information (name, email)
• Saved and bookmarked items
• Your registered device and push notification token

What we may retain

We may keep limited information where we are required to by law, or for legitimate administrative, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted.
