The Ministry of Health is pleased to announce the successful installation and commissioning of air conditioning units in the 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐍. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥.
This completes full temperature control across all five general inpatient ward areas: 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐈𝐂𝐔, 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬, marking a first in the hospital’s history.
This milestone supports a more comfortable, dignified, and patient-centred care environment, especially for some of our most vulnerable patients.
