Harmony Across Cultures

Ms. Feng, a native of Taipei, Taiwan, began her piano studies at age four and won First Prize at the International Asian Music Elite Competition early in her career. As a concert pianist, she has performed concerti by Haydn, Mendelssohn, and Poulenc with various orchestras. She earned a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from National Taiwan Normal University, where she studied under Andrei Yeh, a pupil of Lev Naumov, and received training in the Russian piano tradition of Heinrich Neuhaus. In 2023, she graduated with honors, earned the highest score in piano, and received the Academic Excellence Award. She completed her Master of Music at the Lynn Conservatory of Music on full scholarship and served as a Graduate Collaborative Pianist. In 2024, she was the Piano Scholarship Recipient of the National Society of Arts and Letters and a Piano Fellow of the Eastern Music Festival. She is the ballet pianist at Boca Ballet Theatre and a church organist, and in the summer she serves as a pianist at Interlochen Arts Camp in Michigan.
