Interisland Transportation Services Inc. (ITSI) Notice To The Travelling Public
Dear Valued Customers,
We wish to advise the traveling public that effective Monday April 13, 2026, there will be an adjustment to our passenger fares aboard MV Next Edition and MV New Edition.
• Adult Fare: EC $40.00
• Children/Student Fare: EC $35.00
Additionally, cargo and ferry operations aboard MV Sea Hustler will be temporarily suspended and will operate on an as-needed basis only until further notice.
This decision has not been made lightly. Over the past several weeks, we have experienced a significant and sustained increase in fuel costs, along with other operational expenses. Fuel alone represents the single largest cost in our operations, and these increases have made it extremely challenging to maintain our current fare structure.
Despite our best efforts to absorb these costs and maintain affordability for our passengers, it has become necessary to implement this adjustment. Without this change, it would not be feasible for us to continue operations at the standard you have come to expect.
We understand that fare increases can be difficult, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time. Our commitment remains to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services between St. Kitts and Nevis.
We remain hopeful that as operating conditions improve, particularly fuel costs, we will be in a position to review and potentially reduce fares in the future.
