Temporary Suspension of Operations of the MV Mark Twain

We regret to inform our valued customers that due to the sudden and significant increase in fuel costs (approximately 35%) we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend the operations of the MV Mark Twain effective 15th April 2026.
This decision was not made lightly. Our team have carefully evaluated several options; however, the steep rise in fuel prices has created operational challenges that would require substantial cost increases to continue service under current conditions. However, rather than immediately passing these additional expenses on to you, our customers, we believe it is more responsible to pause operations while we reassess our approach.
During this temporary suspension, we will be working diligently to develop a plan that allows us to resume our operations in a way that minimises the financial impact on our customers while maintaining the quality and reliability of our services.
