Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The presence of the ITCZ will lead to mostly
cloudy skies with periods of showers and thunderstorms across portions of Trinidad
& Tobago and the southern Windward Islands during the next 24 hours. Some
showers will be moderate to heavy at times. Elsewhere across the Eastern Caribbean
we can expect generally fair to partly cloudy and hazy conditions with only a
moderate chance of a brief passing shower during that time.
